We love chocolate, who doesn’t right!?! Adeline wanted to bake cookies, and I’m always happy to bake with her, thanks to ZenSweet. So we made Double Chocolate Cookies because if a cookie doesn’t have chocolate in it, Adeline’s not eating it!
We are constantly surrounded by sugar loaded snacks and it’s nice to have an option for our kids and their friends that is sugar-less. Moms, dads, and grandparents a-like always appreciate when we bring less sugary treats for their kids. I know I’m the creator and proprietor of ZenSweet, but honestly I don’t know what I’d do without it. If someone else created and sold this product, I would probably be buying a few pounds a month.
Anyways…this recipe makes a delicious, ultra chocolatey cookie. If you bake for a little less time, you will get a softer cookie, and if you bake for longer, a crunchy cookie. Either way you bake this cookie you can’t go wrong. It’s a very delicious cookie that keeps well for at least 5 days in a sealed container. We enjoyed them every other night with a cold glass of unsweetened, vanilla almond milk.
