Yes, it’s only the beginning of October but the holidays seem to start sooner every year, right? Okay maybe I sound like an old lady saying that, but seriously, it’s true. I feel like I need to get a jump on things earlier now with two little kids. I didn’t buy a school folder for Adeline until the end of September, and there was only one cartoon kids folder (Finding Dory of course) left in the entire store, no joke. Luckily, she was very happy with a Dory folder, phew!
The point of my rant….it’s never too early for Holiday Recipes. This Grain-Free Graham Cracker recipe is the best Paleo Graham Cracker we’ve ever tried. We love to cook and bake, and a lot of holiday recipes call for graham crackers…crust, topping, sprinkle. And, in the Fall who doesn’t love to roast marshmallows in the cool, crisp air and make some s’mores? The kids love these graham crackers as a snack, topped with almond or cashew butter, cream cheese and jam or we just grab on the go in the morning to dunk in coffee. This recipe is better than any store bought Paleo graham cracker…and, we hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do.
