Living a Low Carb Lifestyle means you eat a lot of protein. Since we don’t eat pork, we eat a lot of chicken. Don’t get me wrong, I love chicken. And, when we eat protein heavy and carb light we feel strong and healthy. But, many times chicken gets boring. This recipe makes chicken breast new and fresh again. Turkey Bacon Wrapped Creamy Spinach Stuffed Chicken
10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
6 Tbsp cream cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
5 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
5 slices peppered turkey bacon
